Stella Zhou, also known as Lingcong Zhou, is a screenwriter based in LA and Chicago. She holds an MFA degree in Screenwriting from American Film Institute Conservatory. She masters screenwriting in both English and Mandarin.Her latest feature Obscure (2018) has been nominated at Taipei Film Festival.
